Precise's products include a wide variety of precision machined parts produced from multi-axis CNC lathes, horizontal/vertical machining centers and screw machines. Precise have machining experience with a broad variety of materials including castings, carbon and stainless steels, brass, and aluminum.

This standards takes a systematic approach to managing the organization’s processes and ensuring a consistent product that meets expectations.

ISO 9001 Certified

The ISO 9000 family of standards that provides a set of uniform requirements for a quality management systems and are designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders. The standards are published by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and available through National standards bodies and certified by AQA International; Also Accreditation by a recognized and respected body such as the ANAB, ensures the impartiality and competence of the third-party certification bodies and fosters confidence and acceptance of the third-party certification bodies certifications by end users in the public and private sectors. Precise Manufacturing certification's are esencial parts of our commitment to provide all customers with a world-class manufacturing.

SPC Controlled

Statistical process control (SPC) involves using statistical techniques to measure and analyze the variation in processes. Most often used for manufacturing processes, the intent of SPC is to monitor product quality and maintain processes to fixed targets. Statistical quality control refers to using statistical techniques for measuring and improving the quality of processes and includes SPC in addition to other techniques, such as sampling plans, experimental design, variation reduction, process capability analysis, and process improvement plans.


Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) is designed to help organizations effectively plan the design and development of a new product. The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) has developed an approach to this process by providing a set of stages, gates, deliverable, and guidelines, which have been acknowledged by the automotive industry as the accepted standard, and supports the requirements described in ISO/TS 16949 standard.
